Welcome to https://CristinaMichels.com (the Website). The Website provides astrology readings (the “Services”) and is operated by Cristina Michels. Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by Cristina Michels.

Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Website, as well as its associated website HealingColours.art insofar payments for astrology Services are concerned. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

By accessing this Website, you are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use this Website, if you do not agree to take all the terms and conditions stated on this page. In this case, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of the Services, immediately. You accept the Terms and Conditions by remaining on the Website.

Terminology
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the present terms and conditions. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and/or Cristina Michels.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of Cristina Michels’s assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Services stated in the Website, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Swiss law.

Payment
Services booked on the Website are processed through its associated website HealingColours.art. Services booked are provided only after a successful payment transacted with credit card (VISA or Mastercard), Paypal, or electronic bank transfer (into Cristina Michels nominated bank account).

Astrological readings will not be provided to the Client until the full payment amount has been received. For all payments (including electronic bank transfers), the Client must ensure that the amount of the price of the Service(s) ordered are paid in full in Swiss Francs (CHF). Any currency exchange fees and bank transaction costs are entirely at the charge of the Client.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that where a request for the payment of the Services is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by their financial institution or is unpaid by the Client for any other reason, then the Client is liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Services. The Client agrees and acknowledges that Cristina Michels can vary the price of the Services at any time.

NOTE: All prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF), and payments are expected to be made as such. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide the correct amount in CHF and ensure that they have converted currencies based on current exchange rates.

Delivery of Services
The Client and Cristina Michels agree to have the Services provided at a mutually convenient time, no less than 5 working days after the purchase of the Services, unless agreed otherwise. The Client has the right to reschedule the session (maximum twice), but must provide 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.

If the Client fails to notify Cristina Michels within a 24 hours’ notice and does not come to the appointment (either online or in person), the Service is considered as fully delivered. It is thus non-refundable, and there is no opportunity to reschedule it. If the Client is late to the appointment for the reading, that time will be forfeited from the overall duration of the appointment without compensation. ​

For in-person readings, if the Client so desires, it is their responsibility to record the session on a devise of their choice (e.g., smartphone). For online readings, the Client has the option to record the video call reading through the platform used to have the session. The onus is on the Client to ensure they click ‘record’ during the video call session. Cristina Michels is not responsible for any malfunctions or the loss of the recording. Readings cannot be cancelled or rebooked due to a malfunction of the ‘record’ button or loss of the recording.

Astrology reading requirements
After purchasing a Service, the Client is required to contact Cristina Michels through the Website to schedule the reading. The Client must also provide personal details of the subject of the reading (whether they are buying for themselves or on behalf of someone else). The following details are required for an accurate Astrology reading: (i) Date of birth: DD/MM/YYYY, (ii) Time of birth (as exact as possible, e.g., birth certificate), (iii) Place and country of birth.

A Client can still purchase an Astrology reading without providing a birth time. When contacting Cristina Michels, please indicate “unknown birth time”. If the birth time can be narrowed down to within 30 minutes, please write “birth time not exact”. 
 
Please note that it is impossible to generate House placements (including the Client’s Ascendant and Midheaven signs) without a time of birth. If a Client purchases a reading without providing the time of birth, they must acknowledge and understand that the reading will not cover all the same areas that are stipulated in the Service description. The reading will be focused on the Client’s planetary signs and major aspects instead. If the time of birth is not exact (within 10 minutes), the Predictions reading can be performed using the Client’s Sun sign instead of the Ascendant sign (Solar Chart). Please note that this can affect the accuracy of the reading.  

Refunds Policy
All sales are final and no refunds are granted. The only exception is as follows: Cristina Michels will only provide you with a refund of the Services Fee in the event that she is unable to provide the Service(s).

Privacy Statement
Cristina Michels is committed to protecting your privacy and only uses any information collected from individual Clients on a need-to-know basis. Please read the Privacy Policy for more details.

The Website employs the use of cookies. By accessing the Website, you agree to use cookies according to the Privacy Policy. Like most interactive websites, this Website uses cookies to enable Cristina Michels to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used by the Website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting the website. Some of our affiliate partners may also use cookies.

Limitation of Liability
Cristina Michels’ total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms and Conditions, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.

You expressly understand and agree that Cristina Michels shall not be liable to you for any direct, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

Links to this Website and its Content
You may not create a link to any page of this Website without Cristina Michels’ prior written approval. If you do create a link to a page of this website you do so at your own risk and the exclusions and limitations set out above will apply to your use of this website by linking to it.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cristina Michels from and against: (i) all action, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or arising out of or in connection with Your Content; (ii) any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the Website or attempts to do so; and/or (iii) any breach of the Terms. ​

Dispute
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of Lugano, Switzerland. For any disputes, controversy, proceeding or claim of whatever nature airing out of or in any way relating to the Terms and Conditions and the rights created hereby shall be governed, interpreted and construed by, under and pursuant to Swiss law, which applies exclusively. If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in force. ​
